- Opening, managing and operating bank accounts in respect to each dividend and reconciliation as outlined in the various contractual obligations - Corporate action as per the payment timetable - Calculation of dividend entitlement file - Engaging cheque vendors, printing and dispatch of dividend cheques - Distribution of dividends as per shareholder payment mode on the register (Cheques, RTGS/EFTs, SWIFTs, Mobile Payment) - Re-initiation on lost or misplaced dividend cheques and bond payments
